We will assist you in the following way should the figures be beneficial to both of us:

  1. We will pay the money needed to stop legal action and prevent the repossession
  1. This is not a loan! This will be seen as a deposit attached to an offer to purchase on the property
  1. We will buy your property with the only intent to then resell it. The resale will be done on a forced market value basis and not necessarily for the maximum market value. We are not in this business to make huge sums of money!
  1. You can stay in the property (occupational rent free) for the time of the transfer, but you will have to keep on paying the municipality to enjoy the benefits such as water and electricity
  1. When the property has been sold to a third party both of us will move on as the deal is then completed
